~ Are You Prepared and Ready In 7 Critical Areas? ~
Ready
To Hear (discipleship) ~ “Keep thy foot when thou go into the house of God, and be
more ready to hear, than to give the
sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil” (Ecclesiastes
5:1).
Ready
To Do (service) ~ “And the king’s servants said to the king, ‘We are your
servants, ready to do whatever my lord
the king commands’” (2 Samuel 15:15).
Ready
To Witness (evangelization) ~ “But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always
be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope
that is in you, with meekness and fear; having a good conscience, that when
they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may
be ashamed” (1 Peter 3:15-16).
Ready
To Give (stewardship) ~ “Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren to go to
you ahead of time, and prepare your generous gift beforehand, which you had previously
promised, that it may be ready as a
matter of generosity and not as a grudging obligation” (2
Corinthians 9:5).
Ready
To Preach (instruction) ~ “I am a debtor both
to Greeks and to barbarians, both to wise and to unwise. So, as much as is in me, I am ready to preach the gospel to you who
are in Rome also” (Romans 1:14-15).
Ready
To Suffer or Die (commitment) ~ “Paul answered, ‘What do you mean by weeping and breaking
my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the
name of the Lord Jesus’” (Acts 21:13).
Ready
For The Rapture (eternal
joy) ~ Jesus said, “Therefore
you also be ready, for the Son of Man is
coming at an hour you do not expect” (Mathew 24:44).
