~ Our God Listens To His People ~
This
Series ~ This
series of posts looks at some of the many attributes of God. Generally, we move in alphabetical order.
Scripture ~ “The
Lord is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous”
(Proverbs 15:29-30).
“We
know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and
does His will, He hears him” (John 9:31-32).
“But
know that the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly; the Lord will
hear when I call to Him” (Psalm 4:3).
“This
is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His
will, He hears us” (1 John 5:14).
“You,
O God, have heard my vows; You have given me the heritage of those who
fear Your name” (Psalm 61:5).
“In
my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried out to my God; He heard my
voice from His temple, and my cry entered His ears” (2 Samuel 22:7).
“In
my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried out to my God; He heard my
voice from His temple, and my cry came before Him, even to His ears”
(Psalm 18:6).
“But
know that the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly; the Lord will
hear when I call to Him” (Psalm 4:3).
“The
eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their
prayers; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil” (1 Peter
3:12).
Comment ~ Notice
that the commonality in these verses is that God listens to His people – those
who have put their trust in His Son Jesus Christ.

you haven’t established that relationship with Jesus Christ, the very Son of
God you can do so right now. Go to https://three-two-one.org
