~ Virtually All Scientists Believe In Evolution ~

 

Introduction  ~  Have you ever thought about how the Word of God, the Holy Bible, has never changed throughout the centuries.  While many translations have sought to write in a more contemporary language the message of the Bible is constant. 

 

Meanwhile science is frequently revising their theories.  A few decades ago, the Big Bang theory was popular with science, not so much so now.  Or how about evolution? 

 

Reality  ~  Scientists have never been able to observe, or create the conditions for, something new to evolve by itself. 

 

“Since over 150 years of study has not produced any facts to support the theory, many scientists have now abandoned their faith in evolution.  The late Sir Fred Hoyle, one of Britain’s most eminent scientists, stated that the chances of life coming about through evolution is about equal to the chances that a storm in a rubbish dump could create a jumbo jet plane” (Evolution, the Theories and the Facts, Famularo, Silvio).

 

Others have used the example of an explosion in a print shop with everything falling back into place and printing an unabridged dictionary!  I don’t know about you, but I cannot muster up enough faith to believe in evolution. 

 

Comment  ~  When was the last time you left a rusty shovel or some other piece of steel outside only to find it shiny and new a few years later?  The Second Law of Thermodynamics tells us that things degrade rather than improve with time. 

 

Scripture  ~  “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1).  “He [Jesus Christ] is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.  For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers.  All things were created through Him and for Him.  And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist” (Colossians 1:15-17).
