~ God Speaks Through Everyday Activities ~
Series Introduction ~ The one true God is a relational God who desires interaction with His created humans. But it is up to each person to choose to listen carefully to the God of this universe. In this series we look at various ways God communicates to us if we are willing to listen. Keep in mind throughout this series that the most basic and important way to hear from God is read The Holy Bible with an open mind.
Scripture ~ “Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law” (Galatians 5:16-18).
“Do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God” (Ephesians 5:17-21).
