5X Fullness

~ Divine Fullness ~

Fullness of Grace (our resource)  ~  “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.  John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, ‘This was He of whom I said, “He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me”.’  And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace” (John 1:14-16).

Fullness of Blessing (our privilege)  ~  But I know that when I come to you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ” (Romans 15:29).

Fullness of Joy (our portion)  ~  Jesus said, “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.  This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you” (John 15:11-12).

Fullness of Faith and Power (our strength)  ~  And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people” (Acts 6:8).

Fullness of God (our consummation)  ~  “For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height—to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.  Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:14-21).

Binary World, 2of4

~ Your Correct Binary Choice ~

Physical life is a journey—so is spiritual life!  The right choice will take you from the earth to the new earth.  Consider some key aspects of this trip.

Choose The Right Road For Your Final Destination  ~  “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through Me’” (John 14:6).

Take Immediate Passage  ~  “For He says:In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you.’  Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2).

No Stop-Overs Are Allowed  ~  “Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, ‘If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.  And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free’” (John 8:31-32).

Have Implicit Trust In The Conductor  ~  So they said, ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household’” (Acts 16:31).

Your Ticket Is Not Transferrable  ~  For each one shall bear his own load” (Galatians 6:5).

There Is Only One Option  ~  Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

“Jesus said, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.  But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.  To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.  And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.  Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.’  Jesus used this illustration, but they did not understand the things which He spoke to them.
Then Jesus said to them again, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.  All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.  I am the door.  If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.  The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.  I am the good shepherd.  The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.  But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them.  The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep.  I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.  As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.  And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd’” (John 10:1-16).

Binary World, 1of4

~ Your Most Critical Binary Choice in Life ~

The spiritual world is a world of binary choices.

Two Entrances (narrow or wide)  ~  Jesus said, Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it…” (Matthew 7:13).

Two Roads (difficult or easy)  ~  Jesus continued, “…Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:14).

Two Destinies (life or destruction)  ~  “Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:14).

Two Groups (many and few)  ~  “Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:14).

Two Results (gain or loss)  ~  “Then Jesus said to His disciples, ‘If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.  For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.  For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?  Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?  For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works’” (Matthew 16:24-27).

Additional Reality  ~   Jesus also said, “Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.  I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed: the one will be taken and the other will be left.  Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left.  Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left” (Luke 17:33-36).

Summary  ~  Like in any other binary situations there are only two possibilities.  There is no middle ground, no alternate path, no third choice, and no intermediate destiny.  It is an either or situation.
