~ Walk Away When Appropriate, 2 ~
Series
Introduction ~ The New Testament has much to say about how a believer should
live their life. Christians should never
have to guess about the life that pleases God.
In this series we look at a variety of passages that speak about the
Christian walk on earth.
Sub-Series ~ Not only
are we to walk properly but there are times when we should walk away from a
situation.
Scripture ~ “And when
Jesus saw great multitudes about Him, He gave a command to depart to the other
side. Then a certain scribe came and said to Him, ‘Teacher, I will follow You
wherever You go’” (Matthew 8:18-19).
Quote ~ “To walk with someone means you are aware of their
presence. And this is true with God. If you’re to walk with Him, you must be
continually aware of His presence.” —Kay Smith (Pleasing God)
