~ Read God’s Word To Be Prepared For Inevitable Trials ~

119:71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted,

That I may learn Your statutes.

Comment  ~  Unfortunately our tendency is to forget God when times are good.  Many times the troubles, trials, and tribulations on earth cause the believer to get back into the Word of God.  Many mature Christians will testify that their fastest spiritual growth occurred during difficult times.  Then they can say with the psalmist, “It is good that I have been afflicted.”  How much better it is to learn to grow spiritually during good times.
