~ Walk Carefully ~
Series
Introduction ~ The New Testament has much to say about how a
believer should live their life.
Christians should never have to guess about the life that pleases
God. In this series we look at a variety
of passages that speak about the Christian walk on earth.
Scripture ~ “See then that you
walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the
days are evil” (Ephesians 5:15-16).
Additional
Scripture ~ “Be
sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a
roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing
that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may the God of all grace, who called us to
His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect,
establish, strengthen, and settle you.
To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen” (1 Peter 5:8-11).
Quote ~ “To walk with someone means you are aware of their
presence. And this is true with
God. If you’re to walk with Him, you
must be continually aware of His presence.” —Kay Smith {Pleasing God)
