~ The Purpose and Mission of Angels ~ 

Angels Were Created by God to Do His Work  ~   “The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all.  Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word!  Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will.  Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; Bless the Lord, O my soul!” (Psalm 103:19-22, nasu).

Angels Obey God’s Word  ~  “Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word!” (Psalm 103:20).

Angels Accomplish Assigned Tasks  ~  “Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will” (Psalm 103:21).

Angels Fulfill Carry Out God’s Will  ~  “Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will” (Psalm 103:21).

Angels Were Created to Glorify God   ~  “The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within.  And they do not rest day or night, saying: ‘Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!’” (Revelation 4:8).

Angels Were Created to Worship God   ~  “But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: ‘Let all the angels of God worship Him’” (Hebrews 1:6).
