~ Press On In 7 Critical Areas In 2016
~
As we enter
another year, it is my prayer that each of my believing readers will finish the
race strongly! I believe we are truly in
the last days and waiting for the imminent return of Jesus Christ for His
Church. May we all continue on
faithfully for Him—regardless of what it might cost us.
Continue On In the Love of Christ
~ Jesus
said, “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you
keep My commandments, you will abide in
My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His
love” (John 15:9-10).
Continue On In The Word of Christ
~ “Then
Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, ‘If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth
shall make you free’” (John 8:31-32).
Continue On In The Grace of God
~ “Now
when the congregation had broken up, many of the Jews and devout proselytes
followed Paul and Barnabas, who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God” (Acts
13:43).
Continue On In The Faith
~ “And
when they had preached the gospel to that city and made many disciples, they
returned to Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch, strengthening the souls of the
disciples, exhorting them to continue in
the faith, and saying, ‘We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom
of God’ (Acts 14:21-22).
Continue On In The Things Learned
~ “Yes,
and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil men and impostors will grow worse
and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
But you must continue in the
things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you
have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures,
which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ
Jesus” (2 Timothy 3:12-15).

On In Your Ministry ~ “I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ,
who will judge the living and the dead at
His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all
longsuffering and teaching. For the time
will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own
desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves
teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned
aside to fables. But you be watchful in
all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry” (2 Timothy
4:1-5).
Continue On In Expecting His Return
~ May we all be able to echo the
Apostle Paul’s statement: “For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and
the time of my departure is at hand. I
have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the
faith. Finally, there is laid up for me
the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to
me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His
appearing” (2 Timothy 4:6-8).
