7 Aspects of the Gospel

~ 7 Great Doctrines in 22 Words ~

A single verse (John 10:9) contains seven great truths about the Gospel using mostly one syllable words. The longest word contains only seven letters!

Jesus said, “I am the door.  If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture” (John 10:9).

The Illustration of the Gospel  ~  “I am the door…”

The Invitation of the Gospel  ~  “…if anyone…”

The Condition of the Gospel  ~  “…enters…”

The Personification of the Gospel  ~  “…by Me…”

The Salvation of the Gospel  ~  “…he shall be saved…”

The Emancipation of the Gospel  ~  “…and will go in and out…”

The Satisfaction of the Gospel  ~  “…and find pasture.”

Application  ~  Have you understood the illustration of the Gospel?  Have you heard the invitation of the Gospel?  Have you satisfied the condition of the Gospel?  Have you personalized the Gospel?  Have you been saved from the coming judgment of God?  Have you been emancipated? Are you satisfied?
